FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always clear and upfront—no surprise fees. I charge a base fee for each notarization, and if I’m traveling to you, a small mobile fee may apply depending on distance. For online appointments, everything is done remotely and securely with just a few clicks. If you're booking multiple signatures or documents, I’m happy to offer a bundle discount—just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and stress-free. Once you reach out, I’ll confirm the details of your request and either send a secure link for online notarization or set up a time to meet in person. I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and double-check the documents before we begin. You’ll receive a notarized copy immediately after the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Missouri-commissioned Notary Public and certified Loan Signing Agent, fully background-checked, bonded, and insured with $100,000 in E&O coverage. I also hold an MBA and have over 10 years of experience in professional communications, compliance, and documentation handling across healthcare and legal environments.
