We charge based on the type of document service you need. Each notarization has a base fee, and if we’re traveling to you, a mobile fee may apply depending on distance. Online appointments are handled remotely and securely. 📌 Specialty Services: Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and estate documents often require extra steps (like witnesses or preparation), so pricing reflects the complexity of your request. 📝 Document Liaison Service: You don’t need to stress about searching for forms online — we provide them for you. $20 – Blank document you can print and fill out $25 – We collect your details and provide the completed document ready for signing Common documents we assist with include: ~Durable Financial Power of Attorney ~Medical/Healthcare Power of Attorney ~Minor Child POA (school, medical, travel) ~Limited/Special Power of Attorney ~Real Estate POA ~Revocation of POA ~Wills & Living Wills (Advance Directives) (Disclaimer: We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team keeps things simple and stress-free: You reach out with your request. We confirm the details and determine whether you need an online notarization, in-person visit, or Document Liaison support. If you need help preparing documents, we’ll provide the forms or pre-filled copies (based on your choice). We guide you through the notarization process, arrange witnesses if needed, and double-check everything for accuracy. You’ll receive your notarized copies immediately after the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Missouri-commissioned Notaries Public and certified Loan Signing Agents, fully background-checked, bonded, and insured with $100,000 in E&O coverage. Members of our team also hold advanced education (MBA) and bring over 10 years of professional experience in compliance, healthcare, and legal documentation.
