We had a total of three projects to accomplish: a pressure washing of our vinyl siding on our house and garage, a stripping and staining of our large sun deck, and a stripping and painting of our front porch railing. I was most impressed by the workers who worked tirelessly to accomplish what I thought was the impossible. The railing and the deck were in bad need of stripping down to the bear wood and staining. The porch railing was in dire need of a good stripping and staining with a quality stain. All was accomplished in a timely manner and with very little inconvenience. If I had any other work of that nature to be done, I would not hesitate to contact Red Lightning KC.

This is the best cleaning company that I have ever used! They used the surface cleaner for my driveway and it looks beautiful. They also used the soft wash on my house and roof, looks brand new!

Very dishonest company. We drew up a bid for a fence and deck. I paid half for the deposit. They could not do the deck so they changed the price of the fence after the fact by 40%. I never agreed to the increased price and they held my remaining deposit. Please avoid this company. I have never been treated so unfairly.

The patio was poured by another contractor without a permit. We were prepared to obtain a permit for the deck, but from our understanding there were concerns that doing so could bring attention to the unpermitted patio. Our original pricing included a bundle discount because the deck and fence were being completed together. Since only the fence is moving forward, the bundle discount has been removed and the estimate has been updated to reflect our standard pricing for the fence as a standalone project. You also extended the fence length.
