- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate photography packages range from $100 to $140 with options to add Virtual Tours, HD Video, floor plans and twilight imagery. Commercial photography is available featuring fast turnaround, excellent communication and attention to detail. Commercial photography is priced on an individual basis to meet client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Picture KC will do an evaluation of customer expectations and specific needs for the shoot. I will let them know how to prepare a property to achieve optimal results from the photographs. Customers are sent an appointment confirmation where they can reschedule or cancel at their convenience, which includes reminder email the day before including the time and location. Picture KC is professional and courteous throughout the shoot, and only sends an invoice once pictures have been delivered.
