- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. Trying to give a price over the phone or without seeing the job in person is kind of like trying to purchase a vehicle without seeing it first you just don't know what you're getting into.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with the customer and get an idea of what they would like to happen. Give them a free estimate with the best price possible and go from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge, I've gained from working 12 years in the tree industry.
