- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't just quote an hourly rate, we give you a written quote that we honor. If there is any adjustments that need to be made, both the customer and American Pride Landscape LLC will sign an amended quote sheet. We don't like suprises and don't feel the customer should either.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no such thing as a common job for us. Each job and each customer is unique.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. Also make sure that you receive a copy if their insurance with your name listed as additionally insured. Ask them if the checks are to be made out to the same company as what is listed on the insurance.
