My qualifications include a TESOL Certificate and a BA in Business (with a focus in Accounting) and a BA in English (with a focus in written communication). My professional experience includes multiple years of successfully training and managing employees. As a successful business manager, I oversaw the selection and training of employees for over 10years. This role demanded the regular creation of learning materials, teaching employees in workshops and courses, the preparation of progress reports and delivery of in-house testing and evaluations.
