Dylan was very professional and pointed out unrelated issues that we agreed to fix. He also troubleshooted my flickering lights and connected me with Ameren to get the neutral wire replaced.

AAA was promoted in responding to me about my project even though it was an emergency! They had called me to schedule a consultation and within 2 days, a technician came and looked at all my concerns, gave me an honest assessment and was able to complete the project right away! Dylan was very helpful, friendly and respectful. He explained everything he was going to do as well as everything he ended up doing. For my service call I had my furnace maintenanced and a thermostat installed. Ben was very professional and he let me pepper him with questions while he installed the thermostat. He worked quietly while I was working from home and the whole appointment seemed to go quickly and smoothly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $110. We will diagnose your problem and provide you with an up front price on your repair. We do offer some discounts for members of our military as well as senior citizens. There are also some coupons on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are excited to welcome new customers at AAA Home Services. Whether you need an appliance repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair or HVAC repair - you can count on our family taking care of your family. Since 1970, we have been serving the St. Louis and St. Charles communities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians receive on going training from the major manufacturers for their specific trade. The training is completed annually. All technicians are background checked. They are licensed, bonded and insured.
