CKB was the 4th company I contacted after 3 prior failed attempts to repair my bathtub faucet, CKB was prompt and respectful of.my wishes to proceed with the repair . Ultimately due to my pipes being worn and the location James did have to end up accessing a wall and then installing a very clean and level access panel in my bedroom. Overall I give James 5 stars for showing up on time , staying in constant contact up to the hour of his arrival, as well as the fact that he covered his work areas and left the restroom and bedroom clean and free of debris he didn't track my floors up nor put any dirt work boots in my bathtub. In fact he wore little blue work boot scrums during his visit . These are the type of companies that hard working home owners need on their sides . Save yourself the headache and cancel the home warranties I have learned just how useless they truly are !

This was such an excellent experience. My husband and I are at the end of a kitchen remodel and I had a lot of the details squared away before the cabinets were to be installed, the only detail we forgot was a rough in for our kitchen plumbing and we had 3 days!!! I contacted 4 plumbers in the process of this and all of the others flaked. One ghosted us at the house appointment, one said too soon, and the other didn’t respond til way after the project. I was considering doing this by myself with shark bites since I’ve tinkered with them before but we were running out of time and I am glad we were. This plumber showed up on time, was super professional, executed the tasks beautifully in an eighth of the time that I would have half assed plumbing (which really you should never do), and schooled me on a few things haha! Sometimes you just don’t know what you don’t know. I am now sure that this work will last us far into the future and we are looking forward to a lifetime relationship with this company for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
