We had a great experience working with Luiz on tiling our kitchen and laundry room. He went above and beyond from the start—meeting us at Floor & Decor to help pick out the perfect tile, and even picking everything up in his truck for us. Kiara was fantastic with scheduling and made the whole process smooth and a pleasure to work with. Both Luiz and Kiara were incredibly patient while we took our time deciding exactly what we wanted, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding. Luiz did a beautiful job with the tile installation, and he even came back to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. On top of that, they returned the extra tiles for us, which was above and beyond. Overall, a five-star experience—we’re very happy and would highly recommend them!

LC Floors did a great job tiling our bathroom. Very responsive, efficient and finished on time, at a fair price. Very happy with the result and would definitely hire them again.

They did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the results. Not only was the work done well, but they went above and beyond. I had previously received a quote from Lowes as well and this company was $1000 cheaper. Not only that but Lowes would not agree to unplug any of my appliances and install flooring under my batroom vanity/sink unless I moved it prior to their arrival. I don't do things like that but this company handled all that for me and even picked up all my flooring and a wax ring for my toilet so I didn't have to lift a finger. Would definitely use them again!
