John helped me launch my website, app, and online shopping cart for my franchise opportunity in 2013 here in south Florida. I really had no clue how to set up a business and John took the reigns and showed me the way! He took the initiative in helping me brand myself and showed me how to market my business despite having very little margin to work with. He was very savvy, patient, understanding, and most of all genuine. Too many people out there are just profit driven and John made me feel like a real customer and friend. My hours were early and late and our time zones were different but John never complained and was never late to any of our virtual meetings or phone calls (I actually got a few texts to wake me up!) the website was fantastic, the app is impressive, and the shopping cart seamless between the two. John Wallace is superb!! His reliability, knowledge, and expertise in many areas of IT are just simply unbelievable. John has been there for us and has done numerous things for our law firm for many years. Getting us up and running with new computers, analyzing and fixing technical issues are just a few examples. There are just too many to list!! While in Richmond, John's on-site service was impecible. Whenever we would call for help, he was always available. Since moving from Richmond, John provides remote support. He always finds the time and with a great attitude and personality that makes you feel comfortable and his is so very patient. Like the stars indicate, his is OUTSTANDING!!

John did a highly customized web site for my business "Phat Guitars, LLC" I sent him pictures of my customers with my guitars and asked him to make it like no other builder site out there - and he did exactly that - and the site was / is AMAZING!! John worked around my schedule to get his approvals, and spared no details in the creation process - he is also an excellent teacher ! I think the only thing that would improve on John and his still would be about 4 clones of himself - so that that many more people could get the benefits of his skills and design sooner!! I will always be a John Wallace FAN and Customer !!
