Introduction: I deliver needed Emergency medical and OSHA courses professionally and with humor. I custom fit the course to your needs. Example; Mission teams benefit more from a Wilderness first aid approach to helping others than calling 911. Workers at a plastic extrusion plant need to hear more about heat stress and burns than sprained ankles. Most people I've met want to help others but in times of crisis they don't have the needed training to fall back on. I like being that link and hearing them say at the end of class, " I feel like I can help now"

Have enjoyed Ed Hultgren's cpr/first aid, wilderness first aid and CERT trainings! Fun and informative. Did I say they were fun? Ed's great sense of humor coupled with his subject matter expertise and knowledge base make him one of the best trainers I have seen over the past 20 years. I recommend highly without reservation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like complicated. My pricing is simple. Usually a little less than others because most folks charge too much. One of the reasons the average person doesn't get needed training. They can't afford it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a nationally registered EMT-B I'm studying all the time. I do it because I love to learn not because it's required to maintain your national license. Having current info also helps folks during classes. And responses
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a pretty good teacher and after working in disaster relief for a while I saw how few people were actually trained to care for their neighbors. I wanted to do what I could to change that. Since 2007 I've been able to accomplish that, it's a great feeling.
