I am sorry you are disappointed. I drove to the address and it appears to be a business and no one is there....there are many abandon buildings surrounding it. No one was around that I could see and I was being cautious especially at dusk in an unfamiliar area. It is probably best if we were to meet at a public location and if your husband has a laptop I am more than happy to help him. If not I can supply one. I also can offer a location in Lee's Summit I teach from as well as my Office south of Lee's Summit or a public place like a library. I am sorry to disappoint you.

Per hour sessions or in a package of sessions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, when working with a new business I prefer to perform a business review, which allows me to view their IT processes, their HR practices, Marketing and Accounting Strategies. Coaching then becomes a secondary part of this process to improve and grow the business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught primarily but use many resources for research.
