FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform wedding ceremonies, in our chapel or on location throughout the Springfield Branson region of Missouri. Couples that are just seeking a very small simple ceremony, often travel to our chapel on hwy 160-13 30 minutes south of Springfield near Reeds Spring. The chapel seats up to 8 guests and the suggested minimum donation for the use of the chapel including the minister is $65. Often couples want an outdoor ceremony or even in their home, typically we ask $150 for such services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding the right person to marry you is an important decision after all, they will have a huge influence on the tone of the ceremony. You'll want to make sure that you find someone who is willing to perform the kind of ceremony you are envisioning, or who has a style and belief system similar to your own. And of course, if you want to make it legal, you'll need to make sure that they are legally able to marry you, not just in your state, but perhaps even other states where you might move to in the future. Several states refuse to recognize "on-line" ordinations that many wedding ministers now have. A questionable credential that anyone can receive with an investment of a few minutes time and $20 to $50 dollars. Please be careful what you do today as current actions can haunt you in the future, and have many others, who in the process of divorce found that their marriage solemnized in another state by an officiant bearing instant credentials, was questionable if not totally void in that particular state.
