We believe that service is the most important thing in running a good business. St.Louis is blessed with many good restaurants and chefs. Total Catering did our wedding and did an amazing job!! They exceeded all expectations and came to Illinois on a short notice after our original caterer fell through. The smoked prime rib was a huge hit!!

You are always trying to find new and fun dishes to serve.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We owned a seafood restaurant in Florida when I was a kid. I just grew up loving this business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our number one is casual weddings. We offer a very budget friendly menu. Box lunches for corporate events are very popular. The whole hogs are my favorite.
