Fantastic service and experience- they replied quickly to my initial voicemail, sent a reminder email the day before my appointment, and the installer (Donald), who was great) called when he was on his way. All in all, it took about 45 minutes for our issue to be diagnosed and fixed, with clear explanations of what was happening and why. Donald also explained other, non-critical, issues with our sprinklers, what it would cost to fix them, and then left me to make a decision about it without any pressure.
I'll definitely call them again.

This review is long overdue! We needed to replace our above ground sprinkler system with drip. Sounds easy, but after interviewing 3 other gardener /irrigation "experts" it seemed like a very big and complex job for our yard. Until Donald - he was extremely knowledgeable, came up with solutions other folks missed and were thoughtful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Their prices were reasonable compared to other company, but it’s the quality of the work and the expertise was head and shoulders above the rest!
The job was scheduled, and the crew completed it within 2 days of working full days. The crew was EXCELLENT - again very knowledgeable, thoughtful and experienced. Had been working for the company for 15+ years!
Donald then scheduled another walk-through a week or so after the work was completed, where he made sure everything was done correctly, adjusted our sprinkler timer, and explained in detail everything that was done, how to best take care of it, etc.
Truly excellent customer service, excellent work, great professionalism.
