- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Entering contacts into a CRM is .40 per contact. Everything else is $35 per hour.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was kind of a "computer geek" when I was younger. I was always one of the first to try out new technology. That being said, I was always the "go to" person any time something needed to be done on the computers because I was never afraid of them or breaking them. This allowed me to see a true disconnect between the work that an owner or manager needed to have done and work that was actively making them money. This is where the idea of my business came from.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that I complete for clients include, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, CRM (customer relationship management and drip marketing campaigns), flyers and any other type of computer related items.
