Mr Gonzalez is a very knowledgeable service technician who really knows his business. He had my central unit figured out within the first 5 to 10 minutes. He's going to do everything he can to keep the cost down and I really appreciate that. I am very happy with Mr Gonzalez and his ability to quickly diagnose the problem. I would have chosen all five highlights, Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality, if this silly Thumbtack app allowed that! Rich was a life-saver for us. Our central A/C system died at the start of the late August 2023 heat wave here in St. Louis, the worst in recent memory. We had been told that the most economical solution to our problem would be to replace the entire system, since an expensive component of the system had failed. "Why throw good money after bad" was the rationale behind that advice, given to us by another contractor. We called in Rich Gonzalez for a second opinion. He immediately, and correctly, diagnosed the issue that we were having with our A/C system. There were no bad components, and Rich got our system running within an hour. You can believe that Rich is our "go to" HVAC guy from now on. And not just because he fixed this problem. We'll continue to use him because it's obvious he knows what he's doing, he's personable and a straight shooter, and his rates are competitive and reasonable. We highly recommend him.

Rich was excellent and highly recommend his services. He responded almost immediately and was onsite promptly thereafter. He immediately diagnosed the problem (over heated motor) and offered a very fair estimate. I asked him how much to replace because it was about that time (I had a 20+ year old AC unit). He offered me a price that was lower than any other bids I had received before. I went ahead with replacement and he was onsite and completed the job less than 24 hours later. I will recommend him to friends and family.
