In the hottest week of summer my system failed. I called a bunch of people and initially landed on ACE Service experts. They quoted me $560 for something I didn’t even need. My gut said to look elsewhere. I found Gonzalez HVAC services and messaged them. I got a response almost immediately. I set a time for them to come by and they showed up right on time. The service tech (Rich) came in Knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Didn’t try to up charge or upsell me on things I didn’t need like ACE did. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Out of curiosity I asked if they did full system replacements because their work was go smooth I would like to use them when that time comes. He said “We do, but you don’t need it”. Most other companies would have jumped at the chance to sell me a brand new system so I really appreciated the transparency. Overall I will use Gonzalez again especially after walking away only paying $90 with a fix instead of $560 with a disclaimer that it might not be fixed.

Really great experience overall. The installer showed up on time and got everything done quickly and carefully. He didn’t just set up the thermostat and leave — he also gave me some useful tips on where to place the sensors and pointed out some HVAC registration steps I still needed to take care of. He clearly knew his stuff and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

We called several contractors to assess our furnace exhaust fan noise. Almost all just wanted to replace the furnace. Some offered to replace the furnace and the ac. In steps Gonzalez and like a breath if fresh air, understands that only the exhaust fan needs replacing. He not only took care of that, but also noted that the water heater needed replacing. We had obtained bids on that as well, but his quote was not only competitive but could get it done in a the next couple days. He did both jobs. With the utmost professionalism and courtesy. We highly recommend his services. We will have him come out in the spring to service our ac. Thank you!
