I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Rich was. Not only did he respond to me almost right away, but he was able to come the next day, on the weekend, in crazy cold weather. He arrived when he said he would, was super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had given him a brief description of what happened before I lost my heat. He was here maybe an hour, if that, and not only fixed my heat to get it going again, but he fixed some wiring issue that the original installers did wrong over 10 years ago. My heat is working better than ever and more evenly. Now my bedroom actually stays warm! Also, his prices are so reasonable! I’m so ecstatic and I couldn’t recommend him more! 😁

Rich responded quickly to my request. I sent him a picture and he knew exactly what needed to be done and how much. He let me know when he was on his way. Once he got here he did notice another section needed to be replaced due to rust. He was in and out quickly. I feel a little safer turning on the heater when it is time.

I would have chosen all five highlights, Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality, if this silly Thumbtack app allowed that! Rich was a life-saver for us. Our central A/C system died at the start of the late August 2023 heat wave here in St. Louis, the worst in recent memory. We had been told that the most economical solution to our problem would be to replace the entire system, since an expensive component of the system had failed. "Why throw good money after bad" was the rationale behind that advice, given to us by another contractor. We called in Rich Gonzalez for a second opinion. He immediately, and correctly, diagnosed the issue that we were having with our A/C system. There were no bad components, and Rich got our system running within an hour. You can believe that Rich is our "go to" HVAC guy from now on. And not just because he fixed this problem. We'll continue to use him because it's obvious he knows what he's doing, he's personable and a straight shooter, and his rates are competitive and reasonable. We highly recommend him.
