- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I made the choice of a line cook to a personal chef when my mothers friends kept telling me and everyone else that it was the best and the feeling I get from providing the top quality foods to my clients its a great feeling to do something I love! This is my passion, its my life.

I have been in the industry for just over a year now working with a well know chef. And cooking along with baking have become my life. I place the best food and also my heart on to the platters I serve up for customers.
