- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For counseling services that will be submitted through insurance the rate is $130. For self-pay counseling and coaching, rates depend upon length, type and intensity of service and financial need (rates as low as $40)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Address any immediate concerns and crises and provide a strategic action plan, get acquainted with each other and specific needs, establish baseline experience and investigate historical circumstances as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degrees in Psychology and Business, Graduate and post-graduate training and experience in career and lifestyle counseling, interpersonal communication and relationships, trauma and grief therapy, intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy, hypnotherapy and meditation, business planning and executive strategy.
