- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are flat fees that do not change. After a full consultation of the issues of your case and hearing your desires and needs, I quote a fee to handle your case. Should you desire to use your right to a trial, I would quote an additional trial fee based upon the expected length of the trial. My consultations are free, and at the end of our consultation, you will receive a no pressure flat fee quote. Flexible payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While Thumbtack is great for quick contacts with an attorney, it does not replace an in-person consultation. I prefer to meet with my clients so that the proper amount of time and attention can be given to their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and have spent my entire practice as a Criminal Defense attorney. I have had the privilege of traveling throughout the entire State of Missouri and have tried many cases in several jurisdictions.
