Came home from work to hot air instead of cold. Reached out to my business partner who suggested Illy. He swore by them, hands down. I called in distress on a Thursday morning, worried about upcoming 100 weekend weather and my entire old system needing replacement. At 3 that afternoon, measurements were being taken at my home by their specialist. By 430 Thursday we had hammered out details for the next day finding the best solutions! They were at my home at 10am Friday unloading their equipment. Honest, trustworthy, respectful, hard working, down to earth, and kind! Good people! Very lucky to have been referred to them! Great company!!

Had a Goodman system installed jan 2018 and it has broken 16 times most in the first year, 2 years ago the blower motor broke 2x in a row and took 2 weeks to get a working part, at least today it was a simple fix and everything has been covered for parts.

Jeff (co-owner of illy) is a very professional technician and answered all the questions I had. Didnt try to upsell any repairs or services. Was very thorough with inspection and diagnosis. Concluded system was just low on refrigerant and likely had a minor leak. Had another company here a week before and it was a world of difference. They were pretty unprofessional. Did some checks and said the refrigerant level was good but the compressor was bad, and recommended replacing the whole condenser unit which cost thousands of dollars. Glad I got a 2nd opinion from illy HVAC! Great company with honest and awesome service! Highly recommended.
