- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive Pricing: We provide top-quality services at prices that beat the competition, without compromising on quality. To show our gratitude our United States Military are always given a 10% discount. We often run sales, and issue coupons throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers will begin with a free phone consultation and/or onsite estimate. From here we address the customers insulation needs, answer any questions, and provide a customized solution to meet our customers specific insulation needs. The customer will then be given a written, or emailed, estimated cost for job completion. Then we work with our customer on scheduling to fit what best works with their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our insulation installers have been trained by journeymen installers through side by side, on the job apprenticeship. We keep up with the latest energy efficiency technology, pay close attention to Missouri, and Illinois standard codes and R-Values. With over 26 years experience, we are confident in our work.
