- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are negotiable to accommodate customers' budgets. If we travel 20 miles outside of the St. Charles area, additional travel charges will incur. We do require a $20 deposit when booking an appointment that will go towards the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering all the necessary information and setting an appointment. I will send a text with the steps the client will need to take before the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training through the National Notary Association and the American Association of Notaries. I have also completed loan signing training through the National Notary Association and The Loan Signing System by Mark Wills.
