What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am currently in the process of perusing my nutrition certification. There is a lot of nutrition knowledge in the CPT a certificate alone but I wanted more knowledge. The ultimate goal is to become a master trainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly do weight loss and toning for clients currently. Also I will go to the grocery store with clients for a small fee and get them the proper good that they need to be eating for the up coming 5-7 days. I can also do muscle hypertrophy and strengh and power training.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A family friend of mine that I am currently training came to me and wanted to lose weight. He told me a gained a bit more then he wanted to after receiving his masters. His main goal for the weight loss is his wedding in October. I have been training him for a month and a couple weeks and he is down 20 pounds 8 pounds away from his goal weight. And the pride that he is showing since he is so close to his goal weight there is nothing else like it. I'm so happy for him. ( his weigh ins are in the pictures on my profile). I am hoping for him to hit his goal weight in the next couple weeks.
