I am so thankful that I found Theresa! I finally have had enough of this creepy weight gain over 5 years. I kept blaming my age/hormones. I ate clean (well I thought) and work out 5 days a week.. But Theresa gave me her nutrition plan, and presto 14 lbs down in 30 days. I am ecstatic to say the least. I told her when I first met her that it would be a miracle if I could do this in a month. Well, I guess I believe in miracles, because it worked and it was easy!! Hi Karen! Was good to follow up with you this week and see how you're doing... So happy to hear that you're keeping the weight off and even losing more since we've wrapped up the month of service. So many people would LOVE to be able to do what you've been able to achieve, especially when you already had relatively low body fat to begin with! Once we hit our 40's we start to believe that weight loss is impossible... You definitely proved that theory wrong!! Keep up the great work! I'm so proud of you! :)
I would highly recommend it Theresa McDonald to meet your nutritional needs. I was unable to lose weight and in three short weeks I lost nine pounds. Vicki, I just had to comment that you are the first person I've ever had tell me they are worried about the possibility of losing too much weight! Of course we eased that fear quickly because as you know, returning to old eating habits will take care of that if it was ever a real threat! :) I was super impressed by how quickly you applied the info we discussed and it paid off! And to note, you certainly do know a great deal about nutrition! Just a few little tweaks was all it took! Great Job Vicki!!
Theresa is timely, knowledgable about health and a specific plan for my goals. I have had the good fortune to work with Theresa over the last several months. I am a husband, dad of teenagers, and a professional with a bunch of responsibility and not much time. Theresa spent time to understand my fitness goals (weight loss, strength, flexibility) and put together the right combination of diet, strength training, and stretching. I have lost 35 pounds (244 to 209) and good progress on the other 2 goals. The real key has been her nutrition coaching. Once she helped me figure out how to clean-up my diet, the weight fell off. (She even allowed just a little dark chocolate every day). Now we are on to more heavy-duty bar bell workouts - which are fantastic!! Theresa has the right blend of encouragement, expertise, and professionalism. In short, I could not recommend her strongly enough to someone who has made up their mind to - finally - change their fitness and health - and change their life! Kevin, you just look like a new man. You've got a healthy glow, a much fitter body and some really nice muscle definition emerging! Seeing you go from having so much tightness in your back to where you are now is also really gratifying for me as a trainer. I know it's such a relief to you! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied Personal Training through AFAA and am certified in CPR/AED and First Aid through the American Heart Association as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My passion for fitness stems from the fact that obesity runs in my family and it was inspiring for me from a young age to do everything in my power to not let that be my fate. I learned how to exercise properly while still enjoying great food and maintaining my weight and health. I love to share my knowledge with others and lead them on their path to physical fitness and good health!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Select someone who has gotten results with others and can prove it. Getting fit and losing weight is an investment in yourself. Choose wisely!
