- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When customers work with T&J Plumbing Solutions llc. they find out that plumbing can be affordable and completed by a licensed professional. At times we can give a round about price over the phone and at other times we provide a free estimate. Either way the customer knows what they are spending before work is started in most cases.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Here at T&J Plumbing Solutions llc. we enjoy working with a great diversity of customers. Rather you're new in town or have been here for generations we offer solutions at a reasonable cost.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had the pleasure of going out to a residence that had already had multiple plumbers out to their home. Sadly the customer had multiple misdiagnosis as well. After spending 15 minutes or so there we had found the culprit! It was a trim nail for baseboard in a waterline. With mixed emotions our customer found relief in knowing the leak was found and the proper diagnosis was made.
