I would not recommend this company, or dealing with Fredo, to any Company or individual. We had nothing but problems since the first meeting. We met with Fredo. He didnt want to use any of the ideas we had and pushed to use his own ideas. Even when he was shown why his ideas were to old school and out of date. We wanted a solution that used dropbox and a web calendar. But he said he could compete with dropbox using his own webserver. As soon as he found out who the boss was , and that he was the one paying the bill, he stopped talking to the tech that was in charge of the Solution and only talked to the Boss. The boss knew what he wanted but was not tech savvy in the slightest. The boss would keep referring back to the tech leading the project and Fredo kept ignoring the tech or dismissing his ideas outright. We had slow internet where we were in town and there is no other ISP that offers service, so we brought this up in conversation and he kept insisting he could optimize our internet so it would go faster. Which is impossible when it comes to uploading and downloading files when the bottleneck is the ISP's and hardware limitation. Even when he was doing a demonstration part of the way through the project, the internet was extremely slow and his optimizations didnt change a thing. Uploading took 30 minutes for a 15mb PDF file using his optimizations.. While using dropbox to upload would only take a minute or 2 using our regular system. ONE thing that should be noted above all others, Fredo's company had our information on a HACKED SERVER.. We logged in to his trial server at "synergeelabs.com" part of the way through the project and the main page came up with an "Hacked by AnoaGhost". Upon further investigation, if you look on the "WayBack Machine" you will see that the server he was using has been hacked since June of 2016. That means he's been using a hacked server for 6 months prior to his posting our information onto it. This is the archived snapshot of that server from June of 2016.. https://web.archive.org/web/20160616212736/http://synergeelabs.com/ What company wants to be hacked not even a month into a contract ? In the end we had to let Fredo and his team go. They were too hard to work with, there skills needed to be updated, and he had little to no security on his servers. We updated all our of security and changed a lot for fear of our information getting stolen or sold. I would honestly suggest that Fredo learn to not try and split the companies team up and make them go against each other . That is a bad strategy to go into a business contract with.. especially when members of the team are also web designers themselves.

First of all, you must know that we are a very dynamic group. So, if you are not comfortable working with different race and culture, we may not be a good match. Yes, we had some trouble working with this group. But, looking back, we were not a good match for each other. 1. Server Hack Even Google and Microsoft gets hacked/attacked. But great companies always have good protocols for cyberattacks. And yes, we did have great protocols for cyberattacks. Nobody's information was lost or compromised. On the other hand, the person who wrote this long review was the guy we came in to replace. Apparently, he did not feel comfortable with the new arrangement. It's interesting how he knew the server was compromised before we knew. We had to give them access to our development servers, source code, and testing server. We should have been better about asking questions that could help us determine how the people involved in the project are committed to support the project for success. The review said that I ignored him to talk to the boss... But if you understand how consulting work, the consultant does not pick who to meet with and who to talk to from the organization hiring the consultant. I was introduced to three different people in the organization. I conducted several meetings to define scope, requirements, and developed a solution. Yes, I tried to limit conversations that do not add value to the project, that's probably why he felt disrespected. I think we are better now in that way. c 2. We Built and Delivered a Solution As you can see in the customer's description, we actually did deliver a solution. To expedite delivery, we had our developers working around the clock while I did demo presentations for each module we released. If you are familiar with application development, the quality assurance process can be a long process. But before we could implement feedback from our presentation demo, I got an email with information that our servers were compromised and that was it. I called several times and sent emails to try to understand the situation, but I got nothing back. IT projects are prone to face tough times. But if the people involved are not willing to work together and communicate, the success of the project is at great peril. 3. Here is a quote from the customer's advice for me: "I would honestly suggest that Fredo learn to not try and split the companies team up and make them go against each other . That is a bad strategy to go into a business contract with.. especially when members of the team are also web designers themselves." I am not sure I understand how I managed to go into an organization and purposefully make people go against each other. That would be true if I wanted to waste time and not be successful. Three years later, I know that some deals are best if not taken. 4. Assurance of Service If you are reading this and you are not sure if you should work with us, please feel free to reach out with any questions. We are confident our skills, our business, and our commitment to helping small businesses like yours to thrive in the digital era of business. Thank you. Fredo Derazin 636-271-4096
