- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing. Meaning, we quote you a price and that is the price you pay. Of course, if you would like to add another area, while we are there, that can be discussed at the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We traditional gather information and schedule a free estimate. We email said estimate to customer to review. Then place customer on the schedule if they so desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. We just ask customers to stay of the raised slabs till the morning.
