Usually a contingency fee- between 20--33%, depending on the nature of the lawsuit. Otherwise, an hourly fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, and this year I am one of the presenters.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping people- and arguing! I started off as an intern for a judge who oversaw criminal proceedings.
