We offer competitive pricing on HVAC repairs, maintenance, thermostat services, indoor air quality upgrades, and system installations. Emergency and after-hours service may include additional fees. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, maintenance plans, and seasonal promotions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering details about the issue or project. From there, we schedule a convenient appointment, inspect the HVAC system, diagnose the problem, and explain the recommended solution clearly. Before beginning any work, we provide transparent pricing and answer any questions. Our goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA 608 and EPA 609 certified and graduated from school with an HVAC Service Technician Certificate. Our education and hands-on training cover residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including refrigeration, electrical diagnostics, airflow, ventilation, troubleshooting, installations, and repairs. Along with our formal training, we have real-world field experience servicing air conditioners, furnaces, thermostats, and indoor air quality systems. We stay up to date with the latest HVAC technology, energy-efficient solutions, and industry best practices to provide reliable, high-quality service for every customer.
