FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As for pricing, the cost of each project depends mainly on the size of the work, the type of concrete, the required thickness, the finish and the conditions of the site. For example, if the land needs additional preparation or leveling or drainage work needs to be done, that can influence the final price. Generally, a detailed quote is offered before starting, so that the customer understands exactly what is included in the cost: materials, labor, equipment and estimated time. In some cases, there may be adjustments if the customer requests changes during the project. It is also common to offer discounts on larger projects or when several jobs are combined in the same contract. There are no hidden charges; any additional costs are communicated and approved with the client before it is made
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually begins with an initial conversation to understand the client’s needs and project details. Then, I schedule a visit to the site to take action, evaluate the conditions of the land and discuss the available options. Once I have all the information, I prepare a detailed quote that includes the scope of the work, the materials, the cost and the estimated execution time. If the client approves the proposal, we schedule the start date of the project. During work, I maintain constant communication to ensure that everything is done as agreed. Finally, I perform a final inspection with the client to confirm that he is completely satisfied with the result before finishing the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes mainly from practical experience in the field of construction and concrete. I have worked on different residential and commercial projects, where I learned ground preparation techniques, concrete placement and finishing, reading plans and safety procedures. In addition, I have received training in the proper use of construction tools and equipment, as well as in best practices to ensure long-lasting and high-quality work. The experience acquired over the years has allowed me to develop the necessary skills to carry out each project efficiently and professionally.
