FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts to first-responders, public service employees, veterans, and seniors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically contact the customer in order to schedule an appropriate time for us come out and view the work they need done in its entirety. This is because it's difficult for us to give an accurate bid based only on the type and size of the project. Experience has taught us that if we physically conduct a site survey, it will help us to better determine any potential obstacles that may be encountered over the course of the project. For example: The area in question might be difficult to get to with equipment. This is one situation that is often missed, or goes largely unnoticed because pictures don’t always provide an accurate assessment of the entire area where equipment and materials would need to be brought through. Often times, an area that’s difficult to get to is not a major issue and this will most likely not change the bid but a proper assessment of the area would help us to plan for something like this.
