What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common practice area is litigation. At any time, my work load is evenly dispersed amongst breach of contract or commercial cases, employment discrimination cases and divorces or paternity actions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When searching for a lawyer, there are a number of lawyers who are capable of assisting you. While cost is often a deciding factor, it is important that the client feels comfortable with the attorney they hire - as a trusting relationship is essential to effective representation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Litigation is - in a word - stressful. There is inherent in every case a certain amount of uncertainty. And with that uncertainty, there is bound to be some anxiety. That uncertainty (and the accompanying uncertainty), however, can be mitigated by the right attorney.
