- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) client reaches out 2.) a consultation is set up 3.) clients tells me what they expect from me.I tell client what I need from them 3.) client decides to move forward 4.) an invoice is made 5.) I make sure the client understands and is in agreement with the terms of the invoice 6.) the invoice is sent 7.) a deposit is made (deposit is 50% of final total amount) 8.) The client receives the final photo’s with in a punctual time frame 9.) The rest of the total amount is paid 10.) the client receives a receipt for their purchase
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from YouTube university lol. But I often pay for mentorship from peers I look up to aswell as read books and take notes on art, photography and composition.
