Our organization had a truly excellent experience using David J Photography. Our company is an industrial equipment organization and we hired David J Photography to capture images of our employees for corporate culture communication pieces. We had a brief chat when they arrived (prompt & on time) about the vision that we had for the photo shoot and the checklist of what needed to be seen but not emphasized in the pictures (logo, name badge, etc...). They absolutely nailed the images that we were looking for and really captured the spirit of our corporate culture. David J Photography came with a small team of people to make the 4-5 hour session efficient and effective. The lead photographer, David, was really great at coaching our employees to getting what he wanted out of a particular shot. His whole crew was patient with our "on camera employees" and really down to earth which made them feel more at ease. We also had some unusual composition challenges. Both David and Katherine took the time to work around those constraints to give us pictures that perfectly fit into our existing layouts for the communication pieces. Our industry is not one that offers much in the way of sharp lines and sleek design, but they created some fantastic images that we will use for many years. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I used DavidJ for a professional head shot on-site. I had not done this before and was very nervous. He was extremely helpful with tips to prepare for the sitting (attire to avoid wearing, makeup tips, etc) and was very patient during the photo session. Both he and his assistant were very friendly, and good at making you feel at ease. They accommodated short notice and I am very happy with the professional results and the quick service.

David and His assistant Niki were great. Extremely professional. I had a tight timeline, and despite this David was able to fit me in, take a wonderful photo, and get it back to me within 24 hours. Despite the necessary rush on my part, the photo I received looked like it had taken much longer to achieve. David is truly a professional.
