Nothing is worse than talking to someone whos not confident in representing you in a case. I asked specific questions how many years have you practice family law. What are you thoughts about the case. She told me that would be considered a consultation. Well aint this a consultation. Youre acting like Im telling you give me a break down. No strategy really means you cant do the job and really couldnt sell yourself to me to pay for your services. SMH we gotta do better as a community

We have never had a client by this name, and we offer paid consultations for strategy sessions. We do not provide free strategy sessions. Also, our intake personnel are not attorneys, and are not allowed to provide legal strategy or legal advice.
If you spoke to an attorney, and it was not a paid consultation, it was a free case evaluation, and we speak about pricing, and determine if your matter is a good fit for our firm, and our attorneys would be a good fit for your matter.
If you paid for a strategy session, we are happy to refund your money. We want all those who have paid for a consultation to get as much information and strategy support prior to making a decision regarding our firm.
However, if you were seeking free advice or strategy, we do not offer those.

Filed for an uncontested divorce. Adriana was fine at first, answering calls, texts, and emails promptly. Later in the process, she seemingly actively did not answer any type of correspondence. I also filled out in my forms that I wanted to revert to my original last name, which she did NOT fill out on my forms for my divorce decree. Yes, I realize I should have looked them over since I did not trust her at this point from the lack of communication.The divorce went through, and I pointed this out to her after the fact. She said she would help me with my name change, but first I had to pay the final fee for my divorce. I paid it, and never heard from her again. She completely ghosted me when I was in an awful situation. I am now finally getting around to doing it myself, three years after the fact.I would not trust Adriana with any legal processes again. I suspect she wanted me to switch to a monthly plan, and when I declined, because my divorce was simple and uncontested, she then decided not to communicate with me until payment came after my divorce was already done.Very scummy business practices.

We have never had a client by that name, and our office has been closed due to the death of Ms. cross’s father. Additionally, all of our clients are introduced to their secure client portal upon retainment, and our policy has always been that we will respond within 24-48 hours of messaging us. We do this to ensure streamline communication and so that issues such as what you are describing does not happen, and this is company policy.
