FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may not be as low as the competitors but that is to give you the comfort in knowing that you will not have to worry about work having to be fixed when we’re completed. Skilled labor is not cheap and cheap labor is not skilled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to build trust with new customers by displaying my knowledge in the project at hand. Also to establish transparency on all ends for the work at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done carpentry and building construction technology in high school. I also went through trade school with the union for Carpentry in the city of St. Louis with the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Program. A for year program to become a journey man carpenter.
