Greg was wonderful from start to finish. He gave me a 30-minute heads up before arriving, showed up on time, and diagnosed the issue very quickly. We were having a serious problem with the pilot light - the flame was barely coming out at all. Greg replaced the pilot assembly, addressed and removed all the rust issues, fully calibrated and cleaned the entire system, and upgraded us to a remote control so we no longer have to use the wall switch.
He was extremely polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and left clean. Thank you so much for the great service. I will definitely be using them again.

Dan was extremely professional and called me about 30 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the issue within just a few minutes and determined that the pilot assembly needed to be replaced. He already had the parts in his truck and completed the repair the same day.
I’m very pleased with the service and with how carefully he treated my home. Everything was left clean and organized when the job was done. I couldn’t be happier after contacting AirPlease MO Service Services.
Before finding them, I had two other companies come out who told me the fireplace could not be repaired and tried to sell me a full insert replacement for around $10,000, which made no sense. Dan took the time to properly diagnose and fix the actual issue instead.
Highly recommend their service and I will definitely be using them again.

Greg was wonderful from start to finish. He gave us a 30-minute heads up and arrived right on time. We were having an issue where we could not turn our fireplace on at all, and after inspecting it, he diagnosed the problem very quickly.
We have a double-sided fireplace, and he found that whoever originally installed the system used two regular pans glued together instead of a proper double-sided pan. Everything was burned so badly that even the pilot light was destroyed. Greg was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly and clearly.
We ended up trusting his recommendation and decided to transform the fireplace into a fire pit style setup. He removed the logs and the grate and installed a flat burner double-sided system with black glass media, which looks amazing.
What really surprised us was that he came back within three days and completed the job on a Sunday morning so we could have a working fireplace for Christmas. We could not be happier with the service and results and will definitely be using them again.

I had a great experience with Air Please Missouri Services. The technician, Dan, arrived on time and even gave me a 30-minute heads up before arriving, which I really appreciated.
Dan was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the job. He worked efficiently, got everything done quickly, and was very respectful of my home. Once he finished, he made sure everything was clean and left the area spotless.
