- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, fair pricing for all our services, ahead of doing the work, so you're never surprised. But honestly, our best pricing is reserved for our "family" members. Our Home Care Packages (our subscription plans) give discounts, basic at 5%, and premium at 10% which also includes a 2-Hour Handyman Credit, that basically means your first small fix is on us. For big remodels, we build a detailed, custom proposal. We're not the cheapest, we're the best investment, and we never, ever have hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is what sets us apart. We don't just "do a job"—we start a partnership. The First Call: We listen to your immediate need (e.g., "gutter cleaning"). The Visit: This is where we show our value. We perform the task, but we also include our complimentary Bi-Annual Home Health Check (HHC). The Report: We give you a simple, digital report with photos, showing you what's perfect, what needs a small fix (our Handyman services), and what you should budget for long-term (our Remodeling services). It's a "no-pressure, education-first" approach. We want you to know exactly what's going on with your home. The rest is up-to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team, led by our founder Niko Memic, brings over 50 years of collective, in-the-field experience in construction, remodeling, and project management. We're not just "handymen"; we're career professionals who have just about seen it all. We are fully licensed and insured in Missouri, but our real education comes from successfully managing hundreds of projects, from a 6-story roof replacements to a high-end kitchen guts. We're the experts you call when you want it done right the first time.
