- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
VHS of STL prides itself on being able to bundle packages together for clients to enable smart home investment based on your technology comfort and budget level. (E.G. 2 Outdoor Cameras, 1 Ring Doorbell, and a Smart Thermostat install fees = $375 vs $99 per device al a carte). VHS can also assist with educating you on what is on the market, what is possible and design a solution/package that you can install or have us install. These services we charge a design fee based on hours/travel. We also offer ongoing support for only $29/M or less than a dollar a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
VHS of STL strives to be as paper-free and digital as possible. We will work with you via email, text, phone to set up a free consultation. During your consultation we will discuss where you are in your smart home investments. We typically see three profiles. 1. I bought it you put it up. 2. I don't know what to buy but I want to put it up. 3. I have no idea why, where, how to buy. Once we know which profile you are we can take it from there and assist you. We will make it easy! Once we are done we will train you up to an hour on your equipment with additional training available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
VHS of STL is focused on making life simple and bringing fun, life-enabling technology into your most important areas. We would be horrible people if we just turned it all on walked away. Each VHS install is completed by a LOCAL technician that has been vetted culturally and professionally to ensure they are up to our expectations. This team member will spend up to one hour with you no matter what the install, download the appropriate application to one device and train you on all of the aspects the device has to offer. They love to get stumped and you may see them pull Google out. We teach them to be honest and if they don't know its ok to say I don't know and research! This stuff changes every day so we don't expect anyone to know it all.
