She was nice but cleaned almost nothing. She said it would take her and the guy she was with one hour to clean my 1600 sq ft home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which shocked me to begin with since I used to clean houses myself and knew a good cleaning would take longer. I left the house for an hour. When I got back they were waiting for me. The house smelled good but I saw she hadn’t vacuumed the dining room rug. So she did that, I then paid her and they left. Then I looked around to check more thoroughly. She did not clean my bathroom except a quick vacuum. Dust still on the back of the toilet. Sink still dirty. Shower not touched - the tile and grout was still bone dry. She didn’t dust anything in the whole house except the dining room chairs which I specifically asked her to dust and the top of the fridge. She wiped down the kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances but I had to clean them all again because they were completely streaky. I gave her my swiffer mop and cleaner, but it was clear they just used a rag on the one place on the floor where there was a spill of some kind. In NO WAY was my house cleaned. I don’t think they know what a standard house cleaning means. It was a complete waste of money.

Excuse me, ma’am, I don’t appreciate that when I first got there you acted very nervous for some reason I don’t know why before the appointment I told you that I had cash cash app chime. We decided on cash when I get there you didn’t have to have the cash therefore, we did not start the job, you were supposed to pay me when half the job was done you did not pay me until the job was done before you paid me. You walked around the home and looked at everything with me and said that it was fine and that it smelled good now you’re on here saying, what you’re saying and it is not true I actually help you make your bed and vacuumed your room. I asked you was there anything that you did not like or how did you feel about the cleaning and you said that you were fine now you’re on my business site making up all of these complaints and stories to destroy me but I forgive you ma’am because I believe in God and Lord knows I cleaned your house so if that’s what you wanna go with then that’s fine with me ma’am have a blessed day

Teresa with Fresh Scented Cleaning is a con artist. We spoke one time for a consultation. She quoted me her price and we set up a tentative day that would possibly work. We never even agreed on a time for that day. I called a few other cleaning companies and found ALL of them quoted me cheaper. She completely overpriced her services. I called her a couple days later to cancel our tentative appointment. She did not answer. Days later she calls me multiple times in a row, and texts me multiple times claiming that I owe her a $75 cancellation fee. I was confused because we never even had a time set up, and she definitely never mentioned a cancellation fee the ONE time we communicated for a price quote. I told her that I had tried reaching out to cancel the tentative appointment days ago, and she claimed she has no record of me calling. Even after I sent her a screenshot from my call logs proving I had in fact called her. I spoke to Thumbtack and they said I will not be scammed into paying a false cancellation fee. Do NOT waste your time with this lady. You can find much cheaper and more professional companies to give your money to.
