I needed a lock re-keyed very quickly and they were able to get out the day I requested, even re-scheduling another appointment just to meet my needs. The re-key was done well and the service tech was professional and polite. Overall a very good experience.

Ben was a pleasure to work with as soon as i submitted my Thumbtack request. He called before I got the email quote and was able to accommodate my preferred time. He did a thorough job changing 10+ locks, and entertained my kids with his trade while doing it! They also do air duct cleaning i found out, will be seeking them again for both of these needs!!
