The original contact with the provider was great. Service tech was on site at the set up time. Where the issues started is, the tech had to leave twice, assuming for parts but he didn’t let anyone know he was leaving or an estimate on when he’d be back. I had to call the main number to try and get an answer. Then, when the service was done, the estimate quoted to the actual price had tripled with no prior approval or discussion as to the price. He lowered the price but it was still double the original estimate and the biggest issue I had was there was no discussion with anyone about the significant price increase. Overall the experience as a whole was disappointing.
