FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are transparent, affordable and fair. I enjoy working on projects like most people enjoy a day off work. I believe that everyone should have the same opportunities, therefore, the world needs fair and affordable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With Logo Design I will ask pertinent questions like: What is the business vision and intention? Preferred color schemes? Preferred design or overall look are you looking to achieve? Any words or abbreviations you want included in the logo? n(taglines and such) Any specific font you are wanting to use? Any specific types of images you are looking to be integrated into the logo? Once I have these initials questions answered I can get to work right away. I generally complete the 2 design concepts for a logo within 24-48 hours and submit them to the the client for review and selection. From there the revision work begins and is generally completed within 24-48 , depending on how long it may take the client to get back with me. Once all revisions are completed the final files are delivered via email AND stored in a shared google drive for ease of future access should it ever be needed. I will also supply a FREE Facebook Banner and a FREE Digital Branding Board. WEB DESIGN: Web design is a different process - and a longer process, obviously. Each website is different and will require a method all its own. I use the WIX Platform for all website building, therefore a wix premium membership is required before any work can begin. I work with the client step by step and page by page to ensure that everything they need is set before project completion. The cost of my services is NOT inclusive of the Wix Premium or any additional Wix fees (extensions, apps, domains, mailboxes... etc...). I will guide the client through any additional fees for any additional Wix services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this line of work in 2006 and really amped up the learning process in 2016 when I took on an admin, marketing and design role with a family owned company. While working with them and a couple other small businesses I came to realize how much I loved the world of Digital Design.
