Introduction: A balance of therapy and relaxation, deep tissue without pain, customized for you. Everyone is a great candidate for a massage! A longtime career in hospitality along with a thorough assessment of each clients’ needs allows for a tailor-made routine that can make anyone feel like a better version of themselves. Sessions are often slow and deep, concentrating on freeing restrictions of movement in the soft tissues of the body. Myofascial Release is a soft-tissue technique that involves the application of sustained pressure on an area that slowly allows the muscles and fascia to release, getting to the deeper layers. It can alleviate pain, improve athletic performance and flexibility, as well as being very relaxing. This provides the cornerstone for Deep Tissue work, providing luxurious relief to tight and achy muscles As a longtime veteran of the restaurant industry, and an active member of the aerial/circus performing arts community, I was inspired to follow a career path that focused on relieving the pains and stresses that affect the bodies of those in non standard careers and alternative hobbies: dancers, bartenders, servers, acrobats, or chefs.

Halley was my first massage experience, and now I'm a convert and since made massage a part of my monthly routine. I am on my feet doing physically demanding work all day, and had no idea how therapeutic massage is. She works with me on whatever issues I'm having, and listens to what I need working on- some days have been deep work, some I'm too sore for that and she takes it easier on me. I trust her to listen and take care of me, and she hasn't let me down!
