- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the length of the workshop. I try as much as possible to work with a organization's or individual's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ensure my presentation or motivational speech is right on target with what the client wants and expects. I take time to understand their needs by asking questions, offering suggestions and sharing successful topics to past audiences. When customers are unsure of what they need, I provide lots of examples of relevant topics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend educational conferences and take ongoing training courses to keep up to date with the latest trends. I'm also a member of several professional organizations.
