- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat if we can figure out exactly what you need. Depending on the amount, I may allow a downpayment and an arrangement on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call to figure out what you need. Then, I will ask that you schedule a zoom consultation to discuss the process, assess your case, and present your options for a $350 consultation fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Florida attorney able to practice immigration and nationality law anywhere in the U.S. In addition to Florida, I am barred in the Federal U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and authorized to represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Courts) including the Board of Immigration Appeals.
