Introduction: I am a registered dietitian who specializes in weight management, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness. I am to build my clients' "step" esteem to take the necessary steps to reach long-term health success. I recognize that for many of my clients, it is not always about obtaining information as it is supporting them in the implementation. I base nutrition recommendations on evidence and translate that science into doable action for my clients.
